By accessing and using the services provided by Odisha Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (OSKY), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Membership

Your OSKY membership is non-transferable and is subject to the terms of the specific plan you have purchased. Benefits, including discounts and access to services, are only applicable at empaneled network partners. We reserve the right to modify membership plans and benefits with prior notice.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use OSKY services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your membership and during consultations. Misuse of the OSKY card or services may result in the termination of your membership.

4. Payments and Renewals

Membership fees are payable annually and are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure your membership is renewed on time to continue receiving benefits without interruption. All payments for services rendered by our network partners are to be settled directly with the partner after applying the OSKY discount.

5. Limitation of Liability

OSKY acts as a facilitator between you and the healthcare providers in our network. We are not liable for the quality of medical services, diagnosis, or treatment provided by any of our network partners. Any dispute regarding medical services must be addressed directly with the provider.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
